David Priest

General Sales Manager

David has been in the real estate industry for most of his working life and has lived and sold property in London,Tokyo and throughout most of Asia as well as Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane. David holds full real estate licenses in 3 States and is a member of the Real Estate Industry of Australia.

He is also a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate Agency Practise(Certificate IV in Property Services Real Estate) covering the full estate agents license and agent’s representative courses at Swinburne University, Box Hill Institute and Chisholm Institute.

David also teaches Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) as a pathway to Bachelor of Property and Real Estate.

David specialises in sales management, team building, listing, negotiating, training and mentoring as well as growing and expanding a successful sales division through multiple offices.

He has been a Director of a Japanese real estate company for 13 years as well as an Associate of Hocking Stuart and General Sales Manager at Century 21.
