Kurt founded the Company in 1975 from it’s humble beginnings in Lilydale.

"It was tough in those days" Kurt said after being the top salesperson in another local agency for a number of years."I was tired of making money for someone else and I had my eyes on having my own company that would be the biggest and best independant company in the eastern suburbs" Kurt Gunther said

Now some 34 years on Rosier Real Estate has one of the largest property management portfolios in the Eastern suburbs as well as Owners Corporation Management and Sales both Residential and Commercial. The Company owns its premier location in Croydon Road as well as the regional office in Yarra Glen and the companys corporate HQ in Montrose.

"I always wanted to be the best and I still want the best for the company, the staff and our clients that rely on us. I think we are improving every year and I hope we can continue to be the best at what we do".
