Gita started in the family business in February 1987 and from receptionist now heads up the Company jointly with her father Kurt Gunther.

Now as the second generation Director Gita has a long term vision for Rosier Real Estate to expand beyond its local roots and to offer a genuine and professional real estate service to local and global clients.

Rosier offers ethical and quality service in Property Management, Owners Corporation Management and Sales.

Gita’s staff are fully qualified mature minded people employed in an inspiring team culture to offer their best service. Rosier Real Estate supports an environment friendly future by supplying our Rental staff with Smart Cars and managing an electronic office.

Gita is a fully licensed Estate Agent and completed an Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (eBusiness & Communication).
