Thinking of a Real Estate Career?

Kick start your career with a short course in real estate to work in Sales, Property Management or Owners Corporation (formerly Body Corporate).

From the 1 January 2009 Rosier Real Estate has been granted the status of ’Registered Training Organisation’ under the guidance and stewardship of Swinburne University and Box Hill Institute.

Rosier Real Estate will enrol all prospective agent’s representatives in the new training program that must be completed to be eligible for employment anywhere in the real estate industry. It consists of 3 units of competency and we will be running these courses throughout the year.

  • CPPDSM 4080A Work in the real estate industry
  • CPPDSM 4008A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work
  • CPPDSM 4007A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
  • Upon successfully completing these units , students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment by Swinburne University or Box Hill Institute. Estate Agent employers will need to sight the Statement of Attainment for prospective agent’s representatives and check they are ‘competent’ in each of the three units.

    EstateAgents

    Prospective estate agents will continue to complete a Certificate IV level qualification to be eligible for licensing. The name of this new course is the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

    There are 24 units of competency which also include the units making up the training program for agent’s representatives.

    The courses conducted at Rosier Real Estate will consist of 2 evenings per week for 4 hours each and instruction by the practicing General Sales Manager David Priest. His experience and expertise makes for the course content to be easier to understand and to follow and he provides day to day examples that directly relate to the learner guides, case studies, learning activities and assignments. Guest speakers on specialist topics and assignments will also be part of the Rosier Real Estate delivered courses.
