We are a family owned and run business since 1975. Property Management has always been an integral part of our core business.

Rosier manages a very large and fast growing property management department with a staff of experienced and highly qualified property managers.

Over the years, our Property Management Department has developed and grown to a point that we can offer our landlords a truly unique and unequalled service including a number of Rosier guarantees.

Our points of difference are:

  • Full 7 day per week service. A minimum of 3 Property Managers are on duty each weekend, no part time staff.
  • Open for Inspections every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and some public holidays.
  • Experienced and mature staff. Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds and bring their wealth of ‘life’ experiences with them.
  • We manage properties from Balwyn to Healsville and Berwick to Kinglake, in short we have the eastern and outer eastern suburbs covered.
  • We don’t delay your rent, we pay our landlords 3 times a week ie Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays eg if your tenant pays rent on a weekend, it goes into your bank on Monday.
  • Annual rent reviews, we conduct a thorough review of the rent for each property every year.
  • Routine Inspections are made every 6 months and a report forwarded to the owner.
  • We are members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria; all of our staff are individual members or licensed members which requires them to undertake Compulsory Professional Development training each year to maintain their qualifications.
  • Experience is another area that we have in abundance:

    • Managing Director, Kurt Gunther is heavily involved in our Property Management Department and has over 45 years in Real Estate.
    • Director, Gita Spence-Fletcher has over 22 years in Administration and Property Management.
    • Department Manager, Don Bethune also has over 22 years in Property Management.
