Greetings from the mystic land of India and happy New Year for 2012! As opposed to the weather in Australia right now here in Bihar we are having a reverse but welcomed climate. Being in the northern region only around 100 km from the Himalaya range we have heavy winter mist hanging over on most days with the temperature dropping to around 5C.  At the moment we are on a short break enjoying the cooler weather which we prefer. The usual hectic days will be upon us before we know it probably in a few more weeks.

As we begin the new year and look to promises of the future in God we remember the past and would like to say thank you to the team at Rosier for your impeccable service to us in managing our property in Melbourne. It is now three years since Kurt first visited us at our home in Chirnside Park to discuss the services offered by Rosier in rental property management. We still remember what Kurt told us sitting around the dining table and the claims he had made in terms of the quality of service. We would like the Rosier team to know that your attention to the service offered to us has been impeccable and faultless.

While living overseas for the last three years, as a customer we would like to testify to Rosier’s highest level of commitment to the quality of service in the management of our rental property in Melbourne. We have observed Rosier as a company that is serious about walking what they are talking in terms of service to their customers.  As a people of faith we see your service to us in the area of our need as God’s provision. May God bless you as a company and continue to widen the scope of consolidating further expansion as you seek to serve the needs of the community.

We have taken note of the information below about the prospective new tenant. In terms of their credibility as a good tenant we are relying on your evaluation data as supplied herewith. On the basis of the data of past reputation we see no reason why we should not consider this family. As such we confirm our approval to proceed with the rental agreement of 12 months as per the standard company procedure under the tenancy Act of Victoria.

Dear David, Jan and the team,

Last Tuesday was the settlement day for the little shop which my father owned at 75 Main Street Croydon.

The settlement marks the end of a very long association between the Greenberg family and particularly my dad, and Rosiers.

I want you to know just how much I have appreciated working with various members of your team over the past eight or nine months. It is not only their competence and professionalism in the field of real estate. I can honestly say that in every interaction, with every member of your staff I have needed to work with, I have found each one of them to be thoughtful, considerate and extremely patient with a new-comer to the world of real estate.

In my dealings with Don Bethune around the time of my dad’s last illness, I found Don to be so genuinely concerned about my dad that it made me feel good just to have spoken with him!

A couple of months later, I needed to have contact with staff of some of the large Melbourne companies as I gathered information about the sale of my dad’s home. In most instances this experience was far from positive. ( I guess this may have been because at the time I was having to deal with my dad’s recent death as well as the various tasks required of an executor, in addition to the very different approach and style of working which is used by some of the larger real estate companies).

So when David Priest came across to our home in January and took a couple of hours gently explaining what would be involved with selling the little shop, my husband and I were both extremely grateful, and then later, I had great pleasure of working with Jan too!

I would like you to let your staff know what a pleasure it has been to work with you all, and how grateful I am for the care and support you have provided to me.

It may be that I have experienced special care from Rosiers on account of my dad having worked with you over many years as a real estate agent in Croydon, but I have the feeling that this is just the way you look after all of the people who do business with you - this is certainly the feeling I had whenever I was visiting your office!
